Once the product is returned to us in its original condition, the refund will be processed, less $49 return shipping fee for each sectional piece (ie 3-seater sofa = $147 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund).
Any Monte product returned or exchanged must be unused, in new condition, and returned in its original box & packaging. We cannot accept returns that are not in the original packaging. Mattresses can only be returned when in their original compressed packaging.
