*We now have a dreaded star sign. After hundreds of successful online shipments, it’s come to our attention that there are some places in the US that freight companies can’t (or won’t) deliver. Who knew these places still existed? However, the US is a big country, and we cannot know all these hidden corners of our great land. I don’t want you to worry about some bait and switch. This is very rare. We reserve our right not to ship to certain addresses. Basically, if you’re a half-day’s drive from a trucking terminal, you’re fine. If a truck cannot drive to and from your address in one day, it cannot be delivered by standard means. **very rare**
Due to the nature of our product(s), your order will be delivered curbside in a large freight truck. They have a pallet jack to help you move your delivery. Pallets are 40″x 48″ and weigh up to 2000 pounds each. Most orders contain 3-8 pallets of material, so please allow plenty of room for your order. The planks are lowered and placed on the ground at the end of your driveway on the street. Adequate room should be available for maneuvering a large cargo truck. You’ll probably want a friend or co-worker to help you with your delivery.
“Curbside” is exactly what it sounds like. The trucks have a lift-gate that lowers the pallets to your side of the curb. Drivers also have a pallet jack to move pallets once off the truck. Pallet jacks are limited in their delivery range. Pallet jacks cannot deliver over gravel. Therefore, the delivery truck must be landed on concrete or asphalt. We cannot deliver to addresses on gravel roads.

Several factors determine your delivery time. All orders leave our facility within (usually) 7-12 working days. We contract with outside carriers to ship your kit curbside with lift-gate service. Once ordered, our dispatcher will contact you and provide you with all shipping information and tracking numbers and a more specific time frame. As a rule of thumb, it will take 5-10 additional working days to deliver to you. These kits are tons of material delivered as freight on multiple pallets. Please note, freight shipping is not like UPS dropping off a box at your front door.
