All our headlights come with standard halogen bulbs (except headlight models that take original HID / Xenon / Halogen bulbs), they are as close to the original factory halogen bulbs from your vehicle!
We also provide upgrade bulbs at an additional cost, these options are from pure white halogen (5800K) or HID / Xenon (4300K - 6000K – 8000K), we offer these through our other listings or can you contact us before you make a purchase, to include them with your order if the option above is not available!

Warranty does not cover physical damage, both structural and surface, our warranty is generally for automotive lighting products; Free bulbs and auto body parts are not covered by warranty in any way.
Missing/damaged parts/components must be reported within 7 calendar days* of receipt of the order, we are not responsible for any claim on parts/components that are missing/damaged outside of this 7 calendar day window regardless of postage insurance purchased.
Parts are covered by a 12 month limited warranty provided by the manufacturer and applies to all parts sold, unless otherwise stated at the time in the description registration.

At no time, and under all circumstances, shall our liability exceed the original purchase cost of the item. The parts we supply are for installation by qualified installers. Warranty void due to improper installation.

For any return, you must send an email to our Mars Performance staff and explain in detail, the reason for the return (attach any photos if necessary / if needed to clarify the issue / question appear, via service@).
The next step (if we agree to proceed with a return) is to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from us. We will then email your (RMA) number with our returns address for returning the item(s) (in its original packaging and in re-saleable condition) with our return conditions.

You should also ensure that the items are packed safely (as they were originally with the original packaging) and/or include any additional packaging necessary to prevent any damage. be on the product(s) once we receive it. If the buyer also tries to return / post any goods back to us without any trace and without our permission, and the item is lost / missing during transit, we will not be responsible, and will not the buyer will receive a refund for such return. , regardless of the reason for return.
Any item(s) to be returned to us, we strongly advise that they are insured for your protection and peace of mind should any problems arise on return. The return shipping cost will be your responsibility (except for orders wrongly placed by us), in which cases, we will deduct the costs for return postage.
