Set a timer for 5 minutes, and every 5 minutes they will have to tag their partner – then the partner must go to the exact position they were in when they left.

The supplies for these are super cheap – think a few boxes of $0.99 spaghetti noodles, toothpicks, and marshmallows – and your kids can easily pair up in groups of 2-3 to compete against each other.
