As part of our White Glove Service, we will bring this piece to your home, place it in the room of your choice, fully assembled and all packaging will be removed.
Clean the area with a damp cloth or sponge; blot to remove excess water; air dry. Blot the stain immediately with a clean permanent color cloth or sponge. To prevent fading, keep the fabric out of direct sunlight. Vacuum the crevices.
An unlimited number of eligible furniture and oversized items can be delivered directly to your home for one flat rate. For a reduced flat rate, select items can be shipped to a local store for customer pickup or home delivery (no room placement or assembly).
If you have the goods delivered to your home as a white glove, an experienced delivery team will bring them at a pre-scheduled date, unpack them in the room of your choice and completely assemble them. (Delivery to the door does not include room placement or assembly).

The “Basic Delivery” service provides delivery to the first dry area, such as a garage or only to the exterior door of a building (e.g. the entrance hall of an apartment building). This service does not include assembly and set-up of items and removal of packaging materials. White Glove Delivery, which includes assembly and removal of packaging, is available in the Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley region for an additional charge of $30+ depending on the item(s). Delivery payment is due at the door, not at the time of purchase.
