The “Primary Delivery” service provides delivery to the first dry area such as a garage or right to the front door of the building (eg lobby of an apartment building). This service does not include installation and set-up of items and removal of packaging materials. White glove delivery service, which includes assembly and unpacking, is available in the Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley region for an additional charge of $30+ depending on the item(s). Shipping is due at the door, not at the time of purchase.
