As humans, we all have a natural circadian rhythm of high and low energy. Although we would like to stay strong, this is not reality. However, many of us struggle every day trying to stay awake.

5. Rheumatoid Arthritis: An autoimmune disease, RA, occurs when your immune system overreacts and attacks healthy joints. Sometimes RA can cause permanent bone and cartilage damage. 6. Chronic Fatigue: This condition causes severe fatigue that comes on quickly. People with chronic fatigue syndrome feel too tired to engage in normal activities and tire easily from shortness of breath. Other symptoms include headache, muscle and joint pain, weakness, tender lymph nodes and inability to concentrate. Chronic fatigue syndrome remains a mystery because its cause is unknown, he says

7. Sleep Apnea: A sleep disorder that causes you to wake up tired, no matter how rested you think you are. Sleep apnea is a condition characterized by short pauses in breathing during sleep.
