Best High Chairs 2022
As a new parent in 2016, I was constantly overwhelmed with all the baby travel gear needed to do simple things like meeting friends or family. My sister recommended the Inglesina high chair to me as a portable high chair when we weren’t using our Stokke Tripp Trapp set.
At first I was more impressed by its small size but after using it I really appreciated its ability to have a child at the table with you. You may not realize it but many high chairs place children much lower than the table and the child is left out of all the table activities.
This is especially true for high restaurant chairs and it is difficult for a child to feed himself sitting very low.
Like many families, the COVID-19 pandemic has greatly reduced our ability to go anywhere let alone restaurants. Now that we are more comfortable going back outside, our little one uses the Inglesina high chair that attaches to the table. We always use disposable table mats with the Inglesina high chair and place them down on the table before closing. Not only is it a fresh and clean place for your baby to eat but also many mats are activity dependent. I keep a couple of place mats in the back pocket of the Inglesina portable high chair.
The Best High Chairs For Babies & Toddlers
I love how small the Inglesina hook is on the high chair and how easy it is to carry around with us. The versatility with the rear storage pocket is great too. I often leave it in my trunk as it takes up very little space and I know I have a baby seat if we need it unexpectedly.
The only drawback I have found with the Fast Inglesina Table Chair is cleaning. Before I took the high chair with us to Lake Placid, I only managed to clean the high chair because I didn’t quite understand how to take it apart to clean the pillow.
Since we just got back from a trip, I set out to learn how to remove the pillow to clean it. With some help from an online manual, I finally figured out how to disassemble the seat.
