We will remove or remove your new purchase (except for ready-to-fit products) and set it up. Due to health regulations, soiled or stained upholstery or bedding cannot be moved by our professional delivery people unless wrapped by the customer. We also cannot disassemble any existing furniture in your home to complete the delivery. We are sorry but there are no exceptions.

We will remove and move your new purchase to our premises, but for insurance reasons we will not be able to connect it to electrical, plumbing or gas outlets. If you want to move an existing appliance to the sidewalk, for safety reasons, the pieces must be disconnected and/or emptied. Old fixtures will only be moved to the curb one by one if they are reasonably clean and it is safe to do so. A signed damage waiver must also be signed. Built-in wall ovens, hobs, extractor hoods, microwaves, etc. will be left in their packaging unless requested by the customer.

All TVs will be removed from the carton for inspection only. For insurance reasons, we are unable to install, assemble or connect the television to other equipment. All DVD players and stereo systems are delivered in factory containers and cannot be unpacked or set up by our delivery personnel under any circumstances.
