Once your order has been placed and our stock has been confirmed in our warehouse, we will schedule a delivery date with you based on your location and availability. Orders with multiple products will be shipped when all products are available in our warehouse.

Our distribution center includes shipments from Chilliwack to North Vancouver. Delivery appointments for this are scheduled Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The delivery team will call on the morning of the scheduled delivery date and give you a 2-3 hour window. When we outsource out-of-town deliveries, the schedule for these locations is subject to availability and may vary.

Any product delivered as part of the delivery service will be left in its original factory packaging and delivered to the customer’s front door or garage. Please note that the product cannot be stored indoors.
Shipping costs vary by location and will be calculated for you during checkout.
With this option, the delivery staff will deliver to your chosen room, collect the items and remove the packages.
There is an additional fee for upgrading this service (which may be added at checkout for online orders) and additional requests will incur an additional fee. The total shipping cost will be calculated for you during the checkout process.

Please measure all entrances, hallways, architectural features, and room dimensions to ensure proper placement of all furniture items. Cancellations due to measurement errors will incur a 20% restocking fee and can only be exchanged. Some shipping/handling charges also apply.
Damaged or missing items must be disclosed within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery by contacting us at customerservice@ and documenting the damage with photos and a complete description.
