You may return an item for a full refund within 10 days of delivery; all you have to do is send the item back to us or return it to our address in Fredericton. The product will be inspected and returned in full; we will keep the shipping cost.

A refund or store credit will be issued for the remaining amount. Return credits are issued within 24 hours of receipt and inspection of merchandise.

Floor models and vanity unit items are the last to be sold. Once all items have been received and inspected, refunds will be issued in the original tender form and will appear in your account within 5-7 business days.

If you choose to return an item, return shipping is your responsibility and our actual initial shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount refunded. We do not offer return shipping labels.
