A 1930s American Depression era Gilbert Rohde Chrome Z Armchair. Made for Troy Shade, wrapped in chrome tubular steel, embossed gold vinyl. The famous Z-shaped chair is at the opposite height. Sleek and modern, classic angled chrome steel base with original gold patterned vinyl chair. Canada is in Ontario.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition. Overall the chrome is in very good condition but could use some cleaning – no rust. Original gold vinyl in condition with no rips, tears or stains. You can easily change the color of the vinyl or paint it if you so desire. Below are the pictures.

Wait! Worst experience with e-tails. High prices, bad stuff and terrible service. $300…I cannot donate, disassemble or use the item because it is of poor quality. Seller refused to return…lesson here. The seller is a professional photographer … I did not notice any wear in his photos: probably because he did not support my complaints.
