With traditional wall-mounted sinks, you can get an entire sink without swallowing a large void. Above, Dwell featured a small bathroom in a restored French mill.
Here’s a great little sink at a great price. It is 11.5″ wide and 14″ deep. Wall mounted Lacefield porcelain bathroom sinks start at $92.95 at Signature Hardware.
Kohler’s Soho sink measures just 20 x 18 and has a classic slightly rectangular design with a center faucet that you can find in almost every bathroom. The wall design saves enough space. It retails for $265.

Taking up unused and awkward corner space, these sinks take things up a notch and free up space for other bathroom functions. Although the above was made to order in the New York Times, there are other retail sources.
This space-saving corner sink is 12″ wide by 18″ deep and takes up only 8 3/4″ of space on each wall. Minimalist Wall Mounted Corner Sink in Porcelain, $149.95 at Signature Hardware.
This small corner sink is made by Kingston Brass and retails at Home Depot for $147. Although square on the outside, the round bowl is very distinctive on the inside. Only hair above 14 cm is on the side.
Philippe Starck designed this corner sink for Duravit and it sells for $191 on Wayfair. At 16.85 inches wide, it’s a nice mix of traditional and modern.

Full cabinets can be difficult to fit in, but not only do shallow tubs take up less space, but closed cabinets and/or drawers are great for hidden storage. Additionally, the Inside Out bathroom uses an inexpensive IKEA sink as a base.
This small sink is 24 3/4″ wide and only 10.5″ deep, perfect for bathrooms with high floors. A built-in clothes rack increases storage space, and a towel hook is a nice addition. How Create Your Own Bathroom Sink
I love the modern style of this sink and mirror. At 19 inches from front to back, it’s certainly deeper than other options, but the 16-inch width is perfect for tight spaces and includes drawers and cabinets. Allier Contemporary Bathroom Mirror Set, $799 at Wayfair.
At 24 inches wide and 13.5 inches deep, this model is a little larger than some, but with drawers, it’s great for organizing in small spaces. HEMNES / HAGAVIKEN vanity cabinet with 2 drawers, $219 at IKEA.
Sinks work well in small bathrooms, especially if you can transform a small area into an abstract design that fits perfectly into a small space. Make sure there is enough space for the faucet installed on the deck. Plus a simple Rizzoli porcelain bowl and a sumptuous faucet

A Three Quarter Bath In Half The Space
Designed by Kingston Brass, this simple round sink measures 15.75″ in diameter. Available at Home Depot for just $61.
Floating tubs offer the same indoor storage capacity as freestanding cabinets, but weigh less than traditional tubs and are often as small as a sink. The small salle de bain above is from Cote Maison.

Kitchen Cleaning Tips That Take Five Minutes Or Less
Measuring 19 inches wide by 9 3/8 inches deep, this freestanding tub oozes modern industrial style. This style of sink should have a special name. Although they are wall-mounted sinks, they differ in that they have a shallow but elongated shape, a faucet at the back and a side-mounted sink. Sarah Sherman Samuel above used this style to remodel her bathroom.
