Once the returned product is received back at our warehouse in good condition, our team will begin the process for your refund, minus a 25% restocking fee and any associated shipping fees. In the event of replacement, items with structural damage and/or determined to be unusable will be fully replaced with items in stock where possible; Items with aesthetic defects will be subject to custom order replacement.
The furniture is for indoor use only, unless expressly stated, and therefore will not cover the cost of damaged or defective goods if the furniture has been damaged or destroyed due to the customer’s negligence.

If a custom order has entered production, 50% of the balance paid will not be refunded on that order. If the canceled order contains a coupon, this coupon is considered void and will not be refunded.

If the original payment method is no longer available, we will issue a store credit equal to the refund amount.
