For pickup or delivery, we require the cardholder to use a credit card for online purchases and a matching photo ID. If the cardholder is not present to pick up or deliver the goods, the goods will not be released.
The following shipping rates apply to the Greater Edmonton and Greater Calgary areas. These include Edmonton, Leduc, Beaumont, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, St. Albert, Devon & Sherwood Park, as well as Airdrie, Balzac, Chestermere, Cochrane & Okotoks.

Single Family Homes: Every product delivered to Curbside is left in original factory packaging and delivered to the front door or garage of the customer’s home. Products are not placed indoors.
Condominiums and Townhouses: Any product delivered to Curbside will remain in the original factory packaging and will be delivered to the building’s front door or port opening (if the building has one). Products are not delivered to the building or to the door of the condo or building.
Businesses: Everything delivered to Curbside will be packaged in the original factory packaging and delivered to the front door of the building where the business is located or to the pickup location (if the building has pickup). Products do not enter the building.
Anything delivered to Curbside that a customer cancels and wants to pick up and return is subject to a $99 handling fee and restocking fee. Please see the return policy for more information.
Accent Chairs: How To Pick The Perfect Round Chair
Everything that is scheduled for home delivery will be opened and inspected in our warehouse, received in a plastic bag and protected with a blanket during delivery. When it arrives at the customer’s home, condo, apartment or workplace, the delivery team will deliver the goods and collect them in the customer’s desired room. After delivery, all trash and packaging will be removed.
Please note, delivery teams do not move, rearrange or remove existing furniture or decorations for liability reasons. Shipping teams only work on the sales invoice for that day.

Reservation of incoming goods To reserve goods or a special order, a deposit equal to 50% of the purchase price is required. Deposits (except special deposits) are refundable without fees or charges at any time prior to delivery or delivery, unless the item has been stored for more than 60 days. Deposits for items held in the warehouse for more than 60 days are non-refundable. Deposits will be refunded to the credit or debit card used for the purchase. Deposits made in cash will be returned by check and sent to the person who made the payment.
Custom order deposits and returns Deposits on custom order items are non-refundable. Custom items are made to order for you and as such, cannot be changed, returned or canceled.
General Return Terms Goods purchased in a warehouse can be returned for a full refund within 10 days of receiving the goods, provided the original factory packaging is in “new” condition. Unpackaged or opened items incur a 25% restocking fee and may be returned if the item is not damaged within 10 days of receiving the item. Products not returned within 10 days are considered final and cannot be returned.
Due to health reasons, bed materials such as sheets, pillows, mattresses, etc. are not returnable and are considered final products.

Mattress returns are accepted only if the mattress is returned in the original unopened factory packaging within 10 days of receiving the item. Opened mattresses cannot be returned and are considered final sales. Custom made mattresses cannot be returned.
Shipping and Handling Fees Any fees charged for shipping completed items are non-refundable.
Local Curbside Pickup Fees for items requiring curbside pickup are $99. If the item is no longer in “new” condition in the original factory packaging, return charges will apply to the item.
Local Return Home Fees For products that have already been shipped and set up at home there is a $99 fee. A 25% restocking fee also applies.
