Oversized Chair And A Half – A question I get all the time is about the large chair in our basement. Every time I post a picture of it on Instagram, a lot of people ask me where it’s from or if I have any recommendations for something similar. I don’t blame you, the chair is beautiful and very comfortable. (As I write this post, I’m sitting in it right now!) It’s the first full size, “one and a half chair” we’ve had, and I love it! Here are some photos from our cellar tour that I shared a while back:
We got this chair at American Furniture Warehouse. This is their Milan Beige chair and you can find it here. AFW is a local store but I believe they ship to states outside of Colorado, not sure exactly how that works. So for those of you not in their delivery area, I thought it might be helpful to compile a list of six large farmhouse style chairs like this one. I actually found something very similar so I hope this helps those of you looking for a new comfy chair. And the perfect time is when it gets colder outside and it’s time to cozy up with a cup of coffee and a good book—or blog!
Oversized Chair And A Half
As with all my shopping guides, I try to find items that are reasonably priced and perfect for a farmhouse style home. Although I think all the chairs here are really versatile and can go well with any style. I’d say option #2 is the cozier chair and a half, which is the most similar to the chair we have, but I don’t think you can go wrong with either option!
