We believe that responsibly sourced wood is a key driver of change for climate mitigation. In 2012 we set a goal that by 2020 our wood would come from more sustainable sources. We are happy to announce that we have reached this goal and today more than 98% of the wood used in our products is FSC certified or recycled.

We do not allow any wood in our supply chain from illegal or high conservation value forest areas or forest areas with social conflict. Before starting work, suppliers must demonstrate that they meet the critical requirements for wood sources. All suppliers are required to source wood from more sustainable sources (FSC certified or recycled wood). All suppliers are regularly audited and non-compliant suppliers are required to implement corrective action immediately. By working together with our suppliers, we are proud to announce that by 2020 we have reached our most sustainable sourcing target. More than 98% of the wood used in products today is FSC certified or recycled.
