I went there for the first time in November 2022 and had to leave early. They carry products from many great companies and they have nice, sturdy desks out there. Many options of new and used desks onsite, or many of them can be ordered and customized. The desk and accessories were chosen from Belair, a London-based Canadian company that allows you to see the colors before ordering. I’m still waiting for the product to arrive, but so far my experience has been great!
Can you really hit it off with an office furniture store? These people are amazing – a small close-knit team running a showroom in Vaughan. Got to go but I left with their house brand Icon Architect.The chair was very comfortable but after a few years it started showing signs of wear and tear more than expected.They offers a very generous warranty and I called last week hoping to get an RMA through the factory and have them at best send me new bolts for my chair. They provided the easiest warranty service of all. They contacted the manufacturer to announce a new and improved version of the chair. The same person I filed the warranty claim with his Drove Downtown personally replaced the chair for a *very* reasonable shipping fee. I am thrilled with the service I received and I would never dream of buying my next office chair, desk etc anywhere else… I wish they would make the stove and fridge too đ
