Girls Bedroom Desks

Girls Bedroom Desks – We’re so excited to share this adorable little girls table with cage and chairs with Guidecraft Kids and Martha Stewart! It is the perfect size for our 6 year old eldest daughter. She doesn’t have homework yet, but this desk will be perfect when she does. It’s too big for the bedroom. We share all the details with the discount code below!

I can’t tell you how much I love this adorable table! The McKinley table is also very easy to put together. I do everything myself! We have his desk in his bedroom and use it for his bedside table.

Girls Bedroom Desks

It is the perfect place for his lamp and water while he sleeps. I love that this kids’ table comes with cages and chairs. You don’t need to buy separate ones which may cause pain. This is a great table for vanity setting.

Kids Desks & Workstations

We’d like to give it a swag, but it works perfectly for these two. It comes in gray and white.

All table accessories are also by Martha Stewart. Everything is available at Staples. The pink color goes very well with the shiplap and McKinley pink wallpaper. Be sure to check out the post here where we share more details about their rooms.

The McKinley table has plenty of room for storage, which is great. The cage comes with a strip of corkboard so it can handle the essentials inside. It has two large cubes under the counter for papers, notebooks, etc. The top shelf is perfect for pencil cases, lamps, and knick knacks.

McKinley loves the chair that comes with the table and says it’s very comfortable! This is the perfect height for him. He really likes having his own desk!

If you’re looking for a kids’ table, we think this one is perfect! Use code HOLIDAY15 at checkout to save 15%! They had a hard time keeping it stocked so I’d definitely pick one up if you see one available. My two girls share a room as the youngest of the two is only 18 months old. We had to make room for his little brother, which meant reorganizing the nursery into a shared room. Now that the girls are even older (ages 8 and 9), their room needs to grow with their needs again, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

The girls are now at the age where they need their own workspace, and to be honest, I’m tired of them filling my dinner table with all their gear! I got this amazing floating wall table, which quickly solved my biggest problem. My daughter’s bed has a trundle bed underneath which we pull out when we need extra space to visit friends or family. I don’t want to move the table every time I need to take it out.

I found a suitable (and inexpensive) desk chair that is light and easy to move if necessary. I added pink desk accessories, an aqua desk lamp and a rose gold stapler and tape dispenser. I found matching colorful storage boxes and placed them on top.

One thing I love about these floating tables is that they give each of my daughters a place to call her own in a room that shares almost everything. They can express themselves a little.

Girl’s Room Makeover Reveal

I found a sparkling snowball that you can add to your own photos, and I posted a recent photo of our kids on a ski trip.

We replaced the old baby changing table the girls shared and used as dressers with two new dressers as their wardrobe got bigger. I kept the same color framed wall decor Ariella has had in this room since she was in the nursery!

My girls love their new floating table! One of my favorite things is how this room has evolved and changed with my kids over the years! (Think of it as the nursery and little girl’s room together.) Choosing new furniture for kids can be difficult – you want something that will grow with them and last for years to come. Find out why we chose these timeless pieces and why they’re perfect for your kids too!

Teenage Desk Ideas

One thing I know for sure about children’s bedrooms is that they are constantly evolving. Their needs change, their style changes, and of course… so do they

With that in mind, it can be tricky for them to pull the trigger on new furniture. How do you know if something will last? And how do you make sure your child will still love it in a few years, because their tastes and needs change so quickly?

We’ve always enjoyed buying used Craigslist pieces for our girls over the years, giving them makeovers with our favorite no-sanding paint techniques and our favorite furniture colors. This is a great way to save money on furniture for your kids, especially when they are really hard on things!

However, we realized last year that it was time for an update. As the girls work on virtual school projects at home, they need more space, efficient storage and quality items that will last for years to come.

When you start researching furniture for your kids, you’ll want to note a few important details. This will help narrow down the field and make your shopping a lot easier!

For our youngest daughter Isla’s room, we chose Ava Desk from Pottery Barn Kids. It works well for her space with lots of storage and workspace so she can create content to her heart’s content!

Perfect Cute Desk Organizer For A Bedroom

We paired this table with a variety of chairs as we tried to figure out what would work best for the girls. While not pictured here, we’ve now paired them with this velvet-trimmed turntable chair and they love the coziness of the place – sadly this cute bow chair has been discontinued.

This is a child sized table but has plenty of space and gives us the flexibility we need as he grows. There was lots of detailed molding trim on the drawer and I pulled out the little gold ring.

In Adaline’s new gold tween bedroom, we chose a rosy storage table from Pottery Barn Teen. It has beautiful tapered legs and slanted drawer fronts that fit perfectly in her feminine bedroom.

This table is significantly larger than what they had before and larger than the Pottery Barn Kids option… the perfect table for teens. (I can’t believe how quickly he became one!)

Easy Girls Bedroom Decor On A Budget

Luckily, her room has plenty of room for a desk this size, and it’s the perfect way to spread out a virtual study day.

We are very fortunate to have a Pottery Barn outlet in St. Louis! If you have one nearby, be sure to check back often while you’re on the hunt for children’s furniture like this table – you might be surprised how often they ship! This is one of my favorite tips on my mansion for a little more guidance – don’t miss it! Shop this post
