Our delivery staff will check the boxes for damage before delivery. However, any damage to the carton must be noted on the delivery note. After receiving the shipment, the goods should be thoroughly inspected. Any damage or defects to the item(s) must be reported to customerservice @ within 48 hours of delivery. Photos of damaged items are required.

In-stock items shipping outside of British Columbia may take approximately 7-21 business days to arrive at your home after being shipped from our warehouse. White Gloves and Threshold Plus delivery service may not be available in all areas of Canada.
Delivery to remote areas outside capital cities and towns is subject to additional delivery charges. Once the order is placed and confirmed, we will contact the customer via phone or email to inform them of additional delivery charges based on distance to the nearest capital/city or shipping terminal.

The customer can pick up your furniture at our Surrey, BC distribution center. Customer pickup hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. After placing the order and confirming the stock in our warehouse, we will contact you and arrange a pickup date at our warehouse. Gold Table/task Lamp
Delivery service is not currently available to the United States. US customers can arrange pickup from our warehouse by their own carrier. All delivery charges, customs fees and duties shall be paid separately to the carrier. The customer and the carrier are also responsible for any damage to the furniture. All items are thoroughly checked and packed in good condition at our warehouse before collection. We only accept returns on eligible items listed below. Please check the list below carefully to ensure your item qualifies before returning an item. We ask that all return requests be notified to us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please contact our customer service associates to approve your return and initiate the refund process.
Shipping costs to ship the item back to our store warehouse are borne by the buyer. Once products are received back at our warehouse, they are inspected to ensure they are in their original condition and packaging. Products must be unused. Refunds will only be processed for deposit credit within 7 days of receipt. Returns apply to store credit only.
In most cases, the client will be charged a 25% restocking fee and/or damage fee. Make sure the items are carefully and properly packed before shipping.

Please do not return items to our warehouse without prior approval as we may need to review returned items on a case-by-case basis. We do not accept returns on all items due to cost and space reasons.
Online orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours. For cancellation request after 24-48 hours, client will be charged 25% restocking fee. After 48 hours, online orders cannot be canceled and are subject to final terms of sale.
Returnable or Exchangeable Items: Items damaged if notified within 48 hours of delivery or collection.
We do not honor previous orders, purchases made in our store, purchases at the POS, or back-ordered items. You are more welcome to buy if you wait until the period of our promotions
