This is a traditionally built, handcrafted piece of furniture that is made to order in our Yorkshire workshops by furniture makers and collaborative craftsmen. By using only natural solid wood, no loose wood counters, engineered panels or MDF-look veneer.

Constructed from 100% solid Nordic Redwood Pine and finished in our popular “Antique Brown Wax” option (alternate colors, finishes available. Also available in solid oak or bare wood for a home finish. Ask for details)

Built in our “traditional” style with rounded/shaped edges and ribbed pillars. Also available in a “Contemporary” (Modern) style with flat cut edges and simple straight columns (see attached images)

We use our own crewed van for all our deliveries and cover most of mainland UK. We generally make delivery arrangements a week in advance while your order is still in production. We also call the day we will be away approximately 30 minutes and do our best to adjust our arrangements to your needs. We definitely cannot rate this library highly enough. It’s beautifully made and we love how adjustable the shelves are with the carved ridges. A nice bonus is how fantastic it SMELLS, with our living room now filled with a delicious pine scent. The delivery was excellent and we were kept informed throughout the process. Highly recommended.

Fantastic bookcase, made with so much care and skill. I searched for a while for an empty bookcase (almost similar to a sideboard) and could not find a good quality one. I stumbled upon Jon who is a real gem! The bookcase is nice and solid, he kindly delivered it himself and the customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend it!
